Return Policy

We’re proud to build custom arrows that perform with precision and reliability. If there’s ever a problem with your order, we’re here to help. Please read our policy below so you know what to expect.

✅ Defective Products – 60-Day Guarantee

If your item has a defect caused by our workmanship, we’ll make it right:

  • You have 60 days from the delivery date to report the issue.

  • We’ll cover 100% of the costs—including return shipping and either a replacement or refund.

  • Items must be unused and unmodified.

  • For faster processing, include photos and a short description of the defect.

If only part of your order is defective (for example, one damaged arrow in a dozen), we’ll gladly process a partial return or replacement.

📦 Unopened, Non-Defective Returns

Changed your mind or ordered the wrong item? No problem:

  • You can return unopened and unused items within 60 days.

  • You are responsible for:

    • The original shipping cost (non-refundable)

    • Return shipping

    • A 15% restocking fee

  • Once we inspect the item and confirm it’s in new condition, we’ll refund the item price (minus the restocking fee) to your original payment method.

🚫 Opened or Used Items

Due to the nature of archery products and custom builds, we do not accept returns on items that have been:

  • Opened or removed from packaging

  • Shot, glued, cut, or altered

  • Installed on your setup

This also applies to custom arrows that were built according to your specifications.

🔁 Exchanges

We allow exchanges for unopened and unused items. You’ll be responsible for shipping both ways unless the issue was our fault.

To start an exchange, just contact us within 60 days of delivery.

⚠️ Clearance and Discounted Items

All sales on clearance or discounted items are final. No returns or exchanges will be accepted unless the product is defective.

📬 Shipping Damage

If your item arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Photos of the packaging and damage

  • Your order number

We’ll help file a claim and get your issue resolved quickly.

🧰 Custom Orders & Spec Errors

If your custom order was built correctly to the specs you provided, it’s not returnable. But we get that mistakes happen.

If you entered incorrect specs (like spine, length, or point weight), we’ll do our best to work with you to reduce costs—whether that means a discounted rebuild, partial replacements, or help with your next order.
