Decide what add-ons you want on the drop downs above. You can make your arrows as custom as you like, or keep them simple and cost effective. You’ll add all the fine details in the build form in the pop up in the next step. Select “Build My Arrows” then you’ll proceed to the next step.
Step 1b:
After you selected “Build My Arrows” on this page, a build form pops up. Complete build form to the best of your ability, blanks are fine. Leave notes at the end and we’ll finalize all the details via phone. “Select Complete My Arrows” and this will add your build service to the cart with all these details you entered.
After you are done on this page then proceed to Step 2: Select which arrow shafts you want to have built.
You’ll add both the build service and a dozen arrows to your cart. Then checkout.

Materials
The Z is a full-carbon shaft constructed with a blend of fibers. It brings decreased weight without sacrificing durability or forgiveness.
Component Details
The Micro-Cap is a one piece outsert/collar hybrid. It covers the first .875 inches of the shaft and uses the larger diameter collar to provide increased durability over convention internal fit outserts. By passing the threads into the shaft leverage is also decreased resulting in an even stronger front end.
The titanium component (Grade 5) weighs 54 grains and the Aluminum (7075) weighs 34 grains.
All components receive standard 8-32 threaded points.

By utilizing an advanced composite layup post shot oscillation is reduced.

The FORTIS Series arrow
Utilizing industry leading technology and design, the T1 series of Terra Firma arrow is a precision engineered carbon shaft, laser checked to perfection.
Combined with the best insert/outsert available on the market, what’s left is an outstanding, bulletproof hunting arrow.
Terra Firma arrows come in matching sets of 12 sorted to tight weight tolerances of +/-0.5 grains, with straightness ratings of .001”, which means that the price tag makes these the cheapest arrows on the market at such a high quality.
The ultra-rigid aluminum insert also wraps back over the shaft, and is by far the strongest and most reliable choice. It has been developed particularly to meet the weights that hunters effectively need, each spine size has a corresponding insert to match.
